Organisational structure
The chairman of the GIMEMA Foundation, an elective role currently held by Dott. Marco Vignetti, reports to the board of directors.
The organisation is completed by the scientific committee, the working parties, the biological centralisation laboratories and the Data Centre, which coordinates the activities promoted by the Foundation.
Gimema Centres
We have established a widespread collaborative network that operates all over the country, able to assist patients, from more complex diagnostics to clinical practice.

Working Parties
In February 2004 the Group’s expansion, the increase in the clinical and biological trials, the entry into force of European regulations on «non-profit research» and above all the need for more international visibility for GIMEMA have led to the creation of Working Parties (WP), specialised groups dedicated to the different haematological diseases…
