Premise

This information is intended to illustrate the management methods of its website, accessible electronically at the web address www.gimema.it (hereinafter also the “website”), with particular reference to the purposes and methods with which the personal data of users who consult it are collected, recorded and used. This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the site but refer to resources external to the organisation’s domain.

1. THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
Marco Vignetti, as Data Controller, collects:

a) Browsing data

During navigation, the computer systems and software responsible for operating the website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit with the use of network communication protocols. In particular, this category of data includes IP addresses (a numerical label that uniquely identifies a “host” device connected to a computer network that uses the Internet protocol) or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site and , more generally, other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

b. Data provided directly by the interested party

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the Data Controller’s website, involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all the data personal information included in communications. Specific information is present on the pages of the Site in relation to particular services or processing of the Data provided.

c. Cookies and other tracking systems

The website uses different types of cookies which are small text files sent from the site to the interested party’s terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the site on the next visit by the same user. 2. Legal basis and purpose of processing

2.1 The processing of data referred to in letter. a) is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6 letter f of the GDPR and Recital 47) and is aimed at allowing the functioning of the site and the provision of the navigation service on the platform, as well as checking the correct functioning of the services offered .

3. Mandatory provision of navigation data.

3.1. The provision of the data referred to in point a) above for the aforementioned purposes is optional. However, failure to provide data could compromise navigation on this site.

4. Scope of data communication

4.1. The personal data collected will be processed exclusively: to. subjects specifically appointed by the Data Controller for the purposes listed above; b. by subjects who will process the personal data as data controllers;

5.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and in particular those referred to in Title V of the GDPR.
5.2. Outside of the hypotheses referred to in point
5.1., your data will/will not be transferred outside the EU.

6. Data retention period

6.1. The personal data referred to in letter. a) will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed and in any case in compliance with the principles of minimization and limitation of conservation referred to in the art. 5.1 letter e) of the GDPR. 6.2. For the data retention period referred to in letter. b) and c) please refer to the specific information indicated above.

9. Rights of the interested party

At any time you can know the data concerning you, know how they were acquired, check if they are accurate, complete, updated and well kept, request their rectification or cancellation pursuant to the articles. 16 and 17 GDPR. You will also have the right to receive the personal data provided by you and processed with your consent, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to revoke any consent given in relation to the processing of data at any time. Pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, you will have the right to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation; if the data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you will have the right to object at any time to the relevant processing for this purpose. These rights can be exercised through a specific request to be addressed by registered mail – or certified email – to the Data Controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
